Our in house processing team coordinates
and manages all aspects of the loan process from issuing the
application through funding and closing. We oversee and manage
all due diligence items including appraisal, third party reports,
legal, title, etc. to ensure a quick and timely closing of your
loan.
To ensure the successful closing of all our debt and equity
transactions the MCP Team engages in kick off calls introducing
associated parties as well as weekly calls with the lender/equity
provider, counsel, client, and advisor to ensure due diligence
materials are submitted and processed promptly. MCP identifies
and solves potential problems before these issues delay the
closing of our transactions.
Our team knows communication is the key factor in efficiently
closing transactions that are often complex and involve many
parties. We take pride in our track record of building and maintaining
